MOLLY MORGAN

Molly Morgan

Molly Morgan is a psychotherapist who initially began making art as a way to reflect on and process her work with clients.  She developed a committed study and practice of art in 2019.  Her paintings reflect the deep internal and relational experiences of her psychotherapy sessions, and universal themes that unite us in our humanity – resilience, wonder, awe, beauty, authenticity, grace, remembering.

Molly paints in layers with expressive marks and organic shapes, accessing a rhythm and energy drawn from the emotional, spiritual and natural worlds.  She has studied with Pamela Caughey, Rebecca Crowell, Ira Barkoff, Terri Froelich and Susan Melrath.  Molly lives and works in North Western Connecticut and exhibits locally at The Washington Art Association, The Local of West Cornwall, Rose Algrant and The Cornwall Library.
